Box Build
In support of our full system, box build assembly services Sanbor has developed a high degree of vertical integration of our manufacturing capabilities. With our own SMT lines we control the quality of the Printed Circuit Board Assemblies used in our products. We also produce our own cable and harness assemblies to complete our internal electronics assembly capabilities.
Even our plastics molding is done in-house, with more than 23 insert and injection lines. We have the capability to produce parts as small as a few grams weight up to enclosures that run more than 2 pounds.
Whether your requirement is for a small hand held device, or a table top control console, we can provide you with a cost effective solution to manufacturing your finished medical device at whatever volume requirements you might have.
