At Sanbor Medical, we’ve evolved an in-depth program that places your product into the hands of one of our very capable Project Managers who will handle all aspects of the program, from initial review of the engineering design through to the transfer of work instructions following customer approval of the First Article and Pilot Production runs.
With Sanbor Medical, our U.S. based staff handles all interface with our factory engineers in China. There are no language barriers or time zone differences to complicate the process for our customers. The Project Manager becomes your primary source of contact throughout the project, and the PM will make sure that you remain fully informed of the project status through weekly teleconferences with your designated staff. When First Articles are scheduled for production, the Project Manager will travel to the factory to oversee the initial assembly work and be a hands on resource to ensure that the factory engineers have a clear idea about what you, the customer, are expecting out of your finished product.
